Healthy chocolate mousse

  • 1 cup creamy coconut milk (the one in the can, keep in the fridge before using)
  • 5-6 Medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • Note: 1 cup = 250 ml; if you are using regular dried dates, make sure you soak them in warm water for 30 min before using.
  1. Put all the ingredients in your blender / food processor and blend until it gets creamy and well combined.
  2. Keep in the fridge and top with some coconut cream and blueberries or raspberries (fresh or frozen) before serving. Enjoy!
