Onions skins (as much as you can get, the more the better)
Preparation
Put the water, vinegar and onions skins in the pot and add eggs. Bring to boil and let it cook for about 20 minutes.
Remove from the heat and let it cool.
Gently turn the eggs and leave them overnight covered with water and onions skins. You don’t have to leave them for so long but this will give them nice rich color so I always do.
When you remove the eggs from the colored water, put them on some surface to dry and then rub them with oil using a bit of old newspapers. This will give them a nice shine.
And there you have it, the best edible Easter decoration!
