Anti-inflammatory strawberry & raspberry smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 large banana
  • ¾ cup almond milk (or other milk)
  • ½ tsp turmeric (curcuma powder)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp acai powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp maple or agave syrup (or honey)
  • Note: 1 cup = 250 ml
Preparation
  1. Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend until well combined and creamy.
  2. Serve with more fresh or frozen berries and drizzled with some cashew butter or tahini (optional). Enjoy!
