Anti-inflammatory strawberry & raspberry smoothie

Serves: 1
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 large banana
- ¾ cup almond milk (or other milk)
- ½ tsp turmeric (curcuma powder)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp acai powder (optional)
- 1 tsp maple or agave syrup (or honey)
- Note: 1 cup = 250 ml
- Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend until well combined and creamy.
- Serve with more fresh or frozen berries and drizzled with some cashew butter or tahini (optional). Enjoy!
