Creamy chocolate coconut smoothie {vegan}

Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut milk, canned
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (or cashew butter)
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes (or shredded coconut)
  • 1 tsp acai powder (optional)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • For topping: cherries, dark chocolate, cacao nibs, coconut flakes
Preparation
  1. Put all the ingredients in blender and blend until it's smooth and creamy. Taste and if you like it sweeter, you can add a little bit of maple or agave syrup but I find it perfect as it is.
  2. Serve in glasses or jars and top with fresh cherries, dark chocolate, cacao nibs and coconut flakes. Enjoy!
