Ingredients
1 cup + 2 tbsp almond pulp
½ cup coconut oil (on room temperature)
½ cup agave syrup (or maple syrup)
2 dates (optional)
2 tbsp raw cacao
¼ cup oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Shredded coconut (or raw cacao or sprinkles) for rolling the balls
Note: 1 cup = 250 ml
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in the food processor, pulse until all ingredients are combined, using your hands roll the little balls (if the mixture is too sticky and soft, put it in the fridge for 20 minutes and than make the balls) and roll the balls in coconut, raw cacao or to make them more fun in sprinkles! Enjoy!
