Raspberry detox smoothie bowl

Ingredients
  • 1 cup oat milk (or other milk of your choice)
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds (or chia seeds)
  • 1 tbsp acai powder (optional)
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 small piece fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • handful frozen raspberries
  • Note: 1 cup = 250 ml
Preparation
  1. Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into bowl and sprinkle with some shredded coconut and some more raspberries.
  3. Enjoy!
