Blueberry detox smoothie bowl

Ingredients
  • 1 cup oat milk (or other milk of your choice)
  • handful of frozen blueberries
  • small piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbs flax seeds (or chia seeds)
  • 1 tsp acai powder
  • Toppings: shredded coconut & cacao nibs
  • Note: 1 cup = 250 ml
Preparation
  1. Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into bowl and sprinkle with shredded coconut, cacao nibs and some more blueberries.
  3. Enjoy!
