Preheat oven to 175 C / 350 F. Line a 20x20 cm / 8x8 inch baking pan with baking paper.
Using electric mixer beat melted coconut oil with coconut sugar in a large mixing bowl until well combined (about 2-3 minutes).
Add egg and vanilla extract and beat until it's all combined and fluffy.
In another bowl mix flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Add flour mixture into wet mixture and stir well.
Add chopped dark chocolate and dried figs.
Transfer mixture into prepared baking pan (mixture will be thick, use the back of your spoon to spread it evenly) and bake for about 30 minutes or until tester comes out mostly clean.
Leave to cool slightly before slicing and serving. Keep in airtight container up to 5 days. Enjoy!
