Orange, carrot & lemon juice

Serves: 2 glasses
  • 5 oranges
  • 3 medium size carrots
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 small piece fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1-2 tsp honey (optional)
  1. Peel all the fruit, carrot and ginger and cut in smaller pieces.
  2. Place in your juicer and make juice.
  3. Once the juice is ready, add turmeric powder and honey (if using) and give it a good stir.
  4. Enjoy the juice fresh at room temperature or put it in the fridge for 30 min and enjoy cold.
