Hazelnut & apple smoothie
 
 
Ingredients
  • 200 ml (just over ¾ cup) oat milk (or other plant-based milk)
  • 2 tbsp ground hazelnuts
  • 1 apple, peeled and cut in smaller pieces
  • fresh ginger, small piece
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
Preparation
  1. Put all the ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve and drink at room temperature or slightly chilled. Enjoy!
