Chia pudding two ways: Banana & Chocolate

Serves: 1 for each pudding
Ingredients
  • For Banana chia pudding:
  • 1 cup almond milk (or other)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 small mashed banana
  • 1 tbsp almond or peanut butter (optional)
  • 1 tsp maple or agave syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅓ tsp cinnamon
  • For topping: caramelized banana
  • For Chocolate chia pudding:
  • 1 cup almond milk (or other)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao
  • 1 small mashed banana
  • 1 tsp maple or agave syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • For topping: crushed pecans + grated dark choclate
Preparation
  1. For both versions the procedure is the same, just mix all ingredients in the small bowl and leave in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight. When ready to eat, put the toppings and enjoy!
