Ingredients
  • 1 larger Romanesco broccoli head
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 2-3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 200 C / 390 F.
  2. Cut Romanesco broccoli into individual florets.
  3. Prepare large baking tray and line it with parchment paper.
  4. Place the florets onto prepared baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and bake on 200 C / 390 F for about 20 minutes until starts to get golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve warm. Enjoy!
