Creamy & healthy chocolate smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
  • 1 small banana
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao
  • 1-2 dates
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅓ tsp cinnamon
  • Topping: cacao nibs or grated dark chocolate
  • Note: you can make dates softer by soaking them at least 30 min in warm water
  • 1 cup = 250 ml
Preparation
  1. Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend until it gets smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour in a glass and top with cacao nibs or grated dark chocolate.
  3. Enjoy!
